RER B+, projet ambitieux ?


Ce mercredi 24 octobre a Mitry Mory, dans une salle peu remplie, le STIF, RFF et la SNCF présentent le projet.
Sur la forme, nous deplorons le peu d'information aupres des riverains et l'absence d'avis aupres des associations. Nous demandons a etre associés a la commission de suivi du projet.
Sur le fond, des aménagements proposés présentent un intéret incontestable tels que le rehaussement des quais, la modernisation du systeme d'exploitation entre la gare du nord et Aulnay/Roissy, la création d'un nouveau pont rail route a Mitry Claye pour poser 800 metres de voies a l'entrée de la gare, ou encore le renouvelement du matériel.
Néanmoins, on fait passer une bonne partie du projet pour novateur alors que ces investissements auraient déja du etre faits depuis de nombreuses années ou font simplement l'objet de la maintenance courante ( renouvellement de voies et des aiguillages ).
On nous expose que les trains seront plus nombreux ( grace a la récupération de matériel de la ligne A) et circuleront sur les voies 'dédiées' avec une desserte en ominibus. Pour les utilisateurs en bout de ligne, c'est encore plus de 5 minutes perdues pour courir apres le bus...
Et puis, c'est faire de la place au projet CDG Express alors qu'on pourrait admettre que les sillons libérés servent a faire circuler des trains directs pour la grande couronne jusqu'a Crépy.
C'est donc sur des fonds publics qu'on favorise le projet de train privé sur une infrastructure publique...

Remerciements ? RFF, SNCF et STIF pour vouloir faire de notre banlieue, la SEULE région française o? amélioration du transport rimerait avec augmentation du temps de trajet.
Quelle signification pour RER ? Réseau Express Régional ou Réseau Expressément Ralenti ?
L' objectif est de faire passer la pilule du " tout omnibus", et pour que cette derni?re soit plus douce ? avaler on promet quelques améliorations ( rien n' ayant été fait depuis 25 ans toute proposition positive est bienvenue )
Faire passer le " tout omnibus" c' est ouvrir un boulevard au CDG Express dont l' objectif officiel premier était d' établir une liaison directe Paris-Roissy
N' améliorons pas ce qui existe, détruisons et le CDG Express aura sa raison d' ?tre
